Our Story

Our Journey: Growing with Purpose and Pride
Founded on January 15th, 2020, Enko Botho launched with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, values-driven education in Gaborone that nurtures both academic strength and personal confidence.

We opened our doors to just 45 students in Form 1 to Form 3. By 2023, we proudly expanded to include a Primary Section, welcoming learners from Reception to Standard 6.
As the 13th school in the Enko Education network — Africa’s largest network of IB schools — Enko Botho is part of a bold, pan-African movement to unlock access to the world’s best universities for African learners.

Today, we are home to over 400 students, from Reception to Pre-University, and continue to grow with purpose, pride, and a deep commitment to excellence.
